Conducting this assessment, sharing the findings, and making recommendations via this website was our first step. We know in order to create structural changes, it will require more than we are able to do on our own. We know it can be a risk to advocate for better working conditions since so many anti-violence workers depend on their jobs, despite low pay, to provide for themselves and their families.  But we know there is power in numbers – we hope you will join us.
